Do you charge consultants for placement?

No. Our placement service is free for the consultant — we earn from the partner company once you sign an offer letter. The only thing you invest is time and effort during the prep phase.

What rate or salary range can I expect?

It depends on the stack, your years of experience, the city, and the engagement type (C2C / W2 / FTE). As a directional anchor: mid-level USA full-time roles in our last 200 placements landed between $95k – $135k, and contract rates between $55 – $85/hr on C2C. We share role-specific ranges before any submission so you're never blindsided.

How long does the placement process take?

Across our last 200 placements, the average from kickoff to signed offer was 38 days. Some land in 2 weeks (active demand on a hot stack); some take 8–10 weeks (niche stacks or restrictive visa windows). We share weekly progress so you always know where you stand.

Do you support OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, or PR transfers?

Yes — every status. We work with hundreds of E-Verified employers and direct clients across the US, plus PR-friendly employers across Canada, Skilled-Worker sponsors in the UK, EU Blue Card sponsors in Germany / Netherlands / Ireland, and 482-stream sponsors in Australia.

If your status changes mid-search (CPT graduating to OPT, OPT extending under STEM, H1B transfer, etc.) we adjust the marketing strategy without restarting the clock.

I'm fresh on OPT and have no real US experience yet — can you help?

Yes. About 30% of our placements every quarter are first-time OPTs. The plan usually adds a 2–4 week training-and-portfolio phase before we start marketing — same stack, but with one or two real-world projects on your GitHub and a resume rewritten to show the work, not the classroom. From there, the placement timeline is the same as anyone else's.

Do you offer training, or only placement?

Both — but we don't sell training as a standalone product. Training inside our placement programs is targeted: only the gaps the market actually penalises you for, taught by senior engineers, and stopped the day you're ready to be marketed. No 6-month bootcamps that you don't need.

What if I'm outside the US, Canada, UK, EU, AU, or the Gulf?

Talk to us. Our recruiter network reaches well beyond those headline regions — we just don't list every market. If your role is in a country we haven't formally listed, we'll tell you up-front whether we can place you and what the realistic timeline looks like.

Do you charge companies a placement fee?

Yes. Engagement fees depend on the model — C2C and W2 contract roles are billed on a per-hour spread; FTE placements are a one-time fee with a 30-day replace-on-fail guarantee; project / SOW work is fixed-scope. Submit a hiring brief and we'll send a tailored proposal within 48 hours.

What if a placement doesn't work out in the first month?

For FTE placements, we replace the consultant within the first 30 days at no extra cost. For contract roles, the contract terms agreed up front govern — but we will always reposition the consultant onto our bench and re-market them at no charge.
